Barbering Skill Set
If you are currently in the industry and want to expand your skills in the barbering space or are looking to re-enter this is the course for you. Ideally, it's designed for existing employees in the Hairdressing industry who have completed SHB30416 Certificate III in Hairdressing. Apprentices near completion can also enrol to add the barbering skills to their portfolio.
On successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment from SHB30516 Certificate III in Barbering
- SHBHCUT001 Design haircut structures
- SHBHCUT009 Cut hair using freehand clipper techniques
- SHBHCUT012 Shave heads and faces
- SHBHCUT013 Provide men's general grooming services
- SHBHCUT010 Create haircuts using tracks and carving
Plus, receive a statement of participation in the workshops:
- Fades and Fades and Tapers
- Communication in the workplace
- Maintain your tools and equipment
- Provide services to your clients

$0* - $2,000 *This training may be subsidised by the NSW Government under the ACE initiative for eligible students. Enrol online to calculate your fee.
