White Card
White Card Workshops
If you’re considering a career in the construction industry, you must have your White Card before you can get started.
White Cards are required for anyone working on a construction site or any other unsupervised person who routinely visits a construction site.
White Card training covers Work Health and Safety (WHS) related topics including:
- How to identify and report a safety issue
- What measures should be taken to reduce
- the risk of accident or injury
- How to correctly respond to a workplace health and safety incident.
- Selecting and fitting common personal protective equipment (PPE)
On successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
Important: Proof of identification for the White Card course
SafeWork NSW require White Card candidates to provide a minimum of 100 points of original evidence of identity documents.
You must bring the original documents with you to the course. You cannot do the course unless you have provided 100 points of identification.
