Course Description
The TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), reflects the roles of entry-level vocational education and training (VET) teachers, trainers and assessors who are delivering training and assessment services to learners.
The roles might be undertaken if you are working in an RTO (registered training organisation), enterprises, community organisations, schools and other VET provision contexts.
The TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will take between 8 months and 2 years to complete. The course includes eight (8) modules. Four (4) of these modules are delivered through face-to-face training held one evening a week, which you can attend in person or online. The remaining four (4) modules are self-paced modules that you can complete in your own timeframe.
Entry requirements
Those entering this qualification must be able to demonstrate vocational competence in their proposed training and assessing area. This means that you will have a mix of qualifications and experience working in the industry in which you wish to deliver training and assessment. (https://training.gov.au/Training/Details/TAE40122)
Cost
$240* – $1,850 ($7,070 full fee)
*This training is subsidised by the NSW Government under the Smart and Skilled initiative for eligible students. Eligibility will be established after we receive the application form.
