‘The Next Steps’ Digital Skills to Stay Connected

Our Tech Savvy Seniors Program has moved online! 

We want to help our seniors get 'tech savvy' stay connected during this time and so we will be running classes online via a "Zoom Classroom". 

We are here to help you access this. 

All you need is a device (your computer, phone or tablet) with internet connection. 

 

In 'The Next Steps' Digital Skills to Stay Connected you will build on the knowledge you gained in Introduction to Computers, and learn further skills to get connected.

Throughout the 4 weeks you will learn the following:   

  • how to shop online,
  • how to set up online banking
  • how to share photos and video via email, 
  • how to use WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype and Instagram to connect with family and friends.

  

This course is FREE for Seniors over the age of 60, and for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Seniors over the age of 50. 

The NSW ‘Tech Savvy Seniors’ program is an initiative of the NSW Ageing Strategy and is funded through a partnership between the NSW Government and Telstra.
