Spanish Beginners (Part 1)
Course Description
So you’re looking to learn Spanish? Muy bien! Spanish enjoys official language status in 21 countries across Europe, Africa, Central, South and North America, making it a very important global language, perfect for if you are looking to travel.
Our Spanish classes are divided into 3 Beginners’ classes (1, 2 & 3) in order to help you ‘get your teeth’ into the language and to have a continued sequence of learning and practice. Each set of classes consists of 8 lessons run during the school term. The classes are interactive and the main focus will be on verbal communication.
Which level is right for me?
If you have previously learnt Spanish, and would like find out which class is right for you, please see the guide below or call our office to arrange a phone consultation.
- By the end of Spanish Beginners 1, you should be able to discuss personal information, introduce yourself & others and physically describe people.
- By the end of Spanish Beginners 2, you should be able to buy food at the market, order food at bars & restaurants, buy clothes and talk about likes and dislikes.
- By the end of Spanish Beginners 3, you should be able to talk about your neighbourhood, ask and understand directions, understand the time and the date, understand information about public transport and write simple postcards.
