Introduction to Computers
Our Tech Savvy Introduction to Computers Course has moved online!
We want to help our seniors get 'tech savvy' to stay connected during this time and so we will be running classes online via a 'Zoom Classroom'.
We are here to help you access this.
All you need is a device (your computer, phone or tablet) with internet connection.
This course will help you to build confidence in using computers and the internet.
Throughout the 4 weeks you will learn the following:
- basic computer skills,
- how to connect and use the internet,
- fun things to do online,
- how to stay safe online,
- introduction to emails,
- introduction to social media.
This course is FREE for Seniors over the age of 60, and for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Seniors over the age of 50.
The NSW ‘Tech Savvy Seniors’ program is an initiative of the NSW Ageing Strategy and is funded through a partnership between the NSW Government and Telstra.
