Diploma of Vocational Education and Training| TAE50116

The Diploma of Vocational Education and Training TAE50116 is the minimum qualification you must hold in order to train and assess others in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116. The Diploma is the next step to continue your professional development to become a better educator. The course will help you develop your existing facilitation skills to achieve enhanced learning outcomes for your students.

This qualification reflects the roles of experiences practitioners delivering training and assessment services within Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) within the vocational education and training (VET) sector. They may have a role in leading other trainers and assessors and in providing mentoring or advice to new trainers or assessors as well as designing approaches to learning and assessment strategies across a significant area within the RTO.
