Course Description

‘Shoden’ is the Japanese word for ‘first teaching’.  

Reiki Shoden Level 1 teaches you how to bring in the Reiki energy to promote healing for yourself and others. During this course you will learn how to give and receive Reiki, learn Japanese meditation techniques and learn more about Reiki energy healing.  

A workbook and practice sessions are included during this course.
