Lead Single Pitch Abseiling
Course Description
This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to establish systems and lead clients during single pitch abseiling sessions.
It is suitable for those with existing outdoor leadership qualifications who wish to add another specialist area to their repertoire, or for people considering an entry point into a rewarding outdoor career.
On successful completion of the course, participants will receive a statement of attainment from SIS30619 Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership in the following units:
- SISORSC002 Perform vertical rescues
- SISOABS003 Abseil single pitches, natural surfaces
- SISOABS009 Lead single pitch abseiling activities on natural surfaces
- SISOABS006 Establish ropes for single pitch abseiling on natural surfaces

*This training may be subsidised by the NSW Government under the ACE Initiative for eligible students. Eligibility will be determined after we receive the application form.
