WHO WE ARE
As your local, not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation (RTO), overseen by the Australian Government, we have provided a wide range of nationally recognised vocational qualifications to more than 3,000 students in our community. We provide the same qualifications and government subsidies as TAFEs and other RTOs approved under the NSW Government’s Smart and Skilled program.

We are approved to deliver a range of apprenticeships and traineeships through our team of highly qualified and skilled trainers who specialise in the latest training packages (see below for our full list of nationally recognised qualifications). Students receive personalised and individually focused support and training for any level of experience.

Our SIT20322 Certificate II in Hospitality provides hands-on, workplace-based training in customer service, food and beverage operations, and basic hospitality skills—ideal for front-of-house, café, or events staff. Training with the Hair & Beauty Academy gives your staff access to qualified industry Trainers who have a passion for sharing their knowledge, expertise & experiences in their respective industries. Every student gets the attention that is needed to allow them to feel competent in all aspects of the hair and beauty industry. Choose from in Salon training or our small classes-based training. We will work with you and your staff to tailor training to meet your needs and the students.
The BSB30120 Certificate III in Business is available as a traineeship, making it an ideal way to develop new or existing employees while they work. Delivered flexibly by our experienced trainers, this nationally recognised qualification builds practical skills in communication, technology, customer service and business operations. Whether you’re strengthening your front desk, office support, or team coordination, this traineeship helps improve workplace efficiency and professionalism.
