Do you know someone who could benefit from attending classes to learn how to communicate better in the English Language?
Classes at Kiama Community College have helped many new residents of our community to read, write, speak and understand English in social, study and work situations.
The Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) is funded by the Australian Government Department of Education and Training.
Our college offers accredited Certificate courses in Spoken and Written English [CSWE]; General Education for Adults [CGEA] and Foundation Skills for literacy and numeracy.
Classes are open to all ages and levels of ability and enrolment is available at any time. They are interesting and enjoyable and have successful outcomes!
What students say about this course...
“I have found the classes really helpful and the tutors are very professional. I have been attending for two years and am now more confident at speaking and writing English. These classes have helped me to undertake a Certificate in Aged Care where I hope to get employment.”

Classes may be free if you are eligible under the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) which is funded by the Australian Government Department of Education and Training..
