Kiama Community College is a not-for-profit, volunteer managed, community based Registered Training Organisation in the small coastal town of Kiama, along the South Coast of New South Wales. It has been operating since 1986 and is focused on delivering services to its community in line with its purpose and key values. These embody providing the local community with training, education and learning experiences that offer critical employability skills and contribute to the enrichment of the community, both culturally and socially.
Kiama Community College presents modern, equipped training facilities in the heart of Kiama, conveniently located on the Ground Level of the Kiama Library. The College strives for ease of enrolment and for programs to attract a broad representation from our community, with courses held day, evening and on weekends, online, distance and face-to-face. The College offers both nationally accredited courses, and non-accredited courses. This diverse array of courses ensures there is a match for everyone. These courses range from Vocational and Careers focused to Leisure and Interest, from Languages to Literacy, as well as Hair & Beauty!

In 2009, Kiama Community College expanded its offerings to the Shoalhaven region with the establishment of Shoalhaven Community College, a campus of Kiama Community College. Servicing the large and diverse composition of the Shoalhaven region's 95000 community members, Shoalhaven Community College is a valuable addition. Shoalhaven Community College offers the Shoalhaven region with state-of-the-art Hair & Beauty training facilities, modern computer rooms, contemporary kitchen area and a choice of training and meeting rooms, which are available to be hired.
Kiama Community College Incorporated is an independent, not-for-profit association. It is managed by a Management Committee whose membership is drawn from both the Kiama and Shoalhaven communities. Represented on the committee are students, teachers, librarians, business owners and local government representatives. It is their role to ensure the College upholds its purpose and key values, whilst ensuring the integrity and quality of any training undertaken at the Colleges.
